Damaged or Incorrect Items: We require a 360-degree unboxing video (without pauses/cuts) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to report damage or missing items.
Exchanges: Customer pays for return shipping—no exceptions.
RTO (Return to Origin): If a parcel is returned, RTO and reshipping fees apply. No refunds. Double-check your address and contact info.
Courier Service: Share your preferred carrier. If not, we’ll choose one for you. If your tracking isn’t updated in 24-48 hours, let us know.
Track Responsively: Monitor your parcel and report non-receipt within 7 days—no complaints after that.
