RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We require a 360-degree unboxing video (without pauses/cuts) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to report damage or missing items.

  • Exchanges: Customer pays for return shipping—no exceptions.

  • RTO (Return to Origin): If a parcel is returned, RTO and reshipping fees apply. No refunds. Double-check your address and contact info.

  • Courier Service: Share your preferred carrier. If not, we’ll choose one for you. If your tracking isn’t updated in 24-48 hours, let us know.

  • Track Responsively: Monitor your parcel and report non-receipt within 7 days—no complaints after that.

  • Product Variations: Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography.

  • Minor Issues: Small problems like loose threads or stains are not considered defects.

  • Payment: Please pay the exact amount—no negotiations.
