1. Cancellation Window

   If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message within 60 minutes of placing the order. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

2. After 60 Minutes

   Order cancellation requests will not be accepted after 60 minutes of order placement.

3. Non-Acceptance of Parcel

   If you do not accept the parcel upon delivery, the ₹500 courier charge will not be refunded. This amount covers the shipping cost, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where the courier charges are higher. In such cases, we also incur return shipping costs, which must be paid even if the parcel is not accepted.

4. Re-shipping Policy

   If you want the parcel to be shipped again, you will need to pay ₹200 for re-shipping. Your parcel will only be resent after this payment is made.
